JOURNEY ,MAN - ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Right i am looking to start a journey man game and visit many different leagues trying to win as much as possible.

But i am struggling to decide which team to start at. Would like to start somewhere other than England and also a league which does not have a high reputation so it feels like i am biulding my way up rather than starting with a really good team!

was thinking possible Poland or Romania but not sure.

If you have any ideas on where would be good then let me know thanks.

Start Unemployed? Gives you a bigger sense of achievement that way

What start unemployed with sunday league rep or semi professional rep?

i just sometimes think that although starting unemployed would be good i just think that the game might get boring too quick always having to be at rubbish teams for season after season!!!

Well it depends if you don't wanna start at a too lower level stick your rep on professional and that'll easily get you a League 1/Championship club in England

Or if you wanted more of a challenge then Semi Pro, it'd only a take a couple of good seasons with one club for the bigger clubs to coming looking for you after a while.

But Sunday League will only get you as high as the Blue Square North/South...

What rep did you put to start with and did you start unemployed?

Also be careful when you pick past managerial experience as when you prepare a team talk before the game, some will respond negatively and some players don't perform as they should do

What rep did you put to start with and did you start unemployed?

I started with past international player or what ever it is. I went straight in as Tonbridge manager not unemployed.
