Who to sign for Chelsea?

I am in my second season with Chelsea and have been given £42 million transfer budget. I play 4-1-2-2-1 and may sign either a right back to replace bosingwa, a defensive midfielder who can play well as an anchor man, or a good deep lying playmaker, i would like some suggestions for these roles. Also want to know if anyone thinks i should replace Lampard, i was thinking about maybe replacing him with Hamsik as i think he's a good advanced playmaker. So suggestions for a right back a anchor man and a deep lying playmaker. Also what role do you think Romulo plays best as i could play him or Mikel as anchor man?. I also still have Ramires and want to know if you think he is a good deep lying playmaker?

Yann M'mila is the best defensive mid around. I signed him for real madrid in my second season and his rating then was 3.5 stars. I think his potential is 4 stars. He is always consistent and is a very reliable player. I signed him for 29.5m. I would seriously reccomend him.

Etienne Capoue from Toulouse for the role of anchor man.
I had signed him for 11m euros. Great stats ++good at passing. He can also play as central defender.

you still got de bruyne if you have hes quality though lacks stamina first 10 games of season got 6 goals and 4 assists

why not Ivanovic as RB ? well , try Corchia or Gonzalo Castro then !

for DLP should try Yoann Gourcuff , Anchor man is M'Villa , he will be the best in 2015-2016 , Lampard is good bro ! I kept him until he is 38 yo and decided to retire

I would definitely recommend signing Hamsik.. This comes from experience of playing as Chelsea multiple times, he fits in perfectly.. I would suggest when first signing him bring him off the bench to replace Lampard for at least 5 games so he gets a feel, then slowly introduce him to the starting line up.. Not only does he rack up assists but he scores goals as well.

I suggest you to get Hulk or Hamsik

How about Sime Vrjisalko (not sure of spelling) for RB/RWB? He plays for Dinamo in Croatia. Also I agree on M'vila for anchor man. I've had him on many teams and saves and he always does well.

Sime vrsjalko is the most overrated right back .. sign cesar azpilicueta
