Today England manager Roy Hodgson resigned over intense media pressure half way through August 2011...

England took immediate action in appointing Adam Lott a part-time coach at U21 level.
Adam Lott was delighted to take the job:
"I am delighted to take the job of this nation and looking forward to proving ourselves at the highest level"
"It is important the press do not hype us up too much as players play better with no pressure"

I am playing a bit like stoke do as i dont have the players to play any other way and i feel this is the best tactic to get results with this team until i can sign more creative players...i usually like free flowing football like barcelona or swansea but with Hereford im focusing more on tactically outclassing my opponents like Jose Mourinho.
