Red Devils lucky to beat The Swans

Lucky to claim all three points here, the goals came out of an own goal, and a controversial penalty, still, good passing from the team, retained possession for a while, lost it, got it back straight away. Pity we couldn't score a goal that we had created. De Gea had a fine game.

Premier League
Swansea 0-2 Manchester United

Rooney Pen 17'
De Gea

Ibrahimovich's head makes sure United lose out.

After a 2-1 loss at the San Siro last month, United new they needed to score to be in with a chance of staying in the cup. Rooney made sure that we had equalized and won on goal difference if it was still the same after extra time. But after a curling cross from Robinho, Zlatan Ibrahimovic jumped up to head the ball into the back of the net, straight passed De Gea? No, the keeper made a huge mistake of anticipating were the ball would land, but not thinking of an interception of it from the opposition. Poor performance from United.

Champions League 1st Knockout Round 2nd Leg
Manchester United 1-1 A.C Milan
Rooney 22'
Ibrahimovich 46'

Nani's goal proves vital

Nani's lone goal was the winner in todays 1-0 victory over the Villans, expected 1 or 2 more goals from United, but a wins a win.

Premier League
Aston Villa 0-1 Manchester United
Nani 20'
Valencia

Triple delights from Rooney and Hernandez

Rooney and Hernadez both managed wonderful hattricks, Rooneys all in the first half, which is why he managed to secure the man of the match award. Overall, outstanding performance from Manchester United.

Premier League
Manchester United 6-0 Stoke City
Rooney 3' 16' 38'
Hernandez 45+2' 77' 87'
Rooney

Rooney's goal scoring form continues

Rooney had another excellent game after putting one in the back of the net again, making that 4 goals in 2 games, not bad. Rooney's goal scoring form in the league brings him to 13 goals in 22 games. Also, a good, early goal from Jones.

Premier League
Manchester United 2-0 Everton
Jones 12'
Rooney 78'
Rafael

Aguero sinks United with four goals

After about 4-0 they all gave up, terrible they were. I hope we can use this as a reason to bounce back and win our next couple of games. If Vidic hadn't of got sent off in the first 20 minutes, we would of seen this through, and maybe even won it, as I only had three in defense, they rampaged through us all, and couldn't stop scoring, should of been more. After this, even the coaches have agreed, De Gea has lost his number one place in the team, I will mainly be using Amos, and then Johnstone as backup, until De Gea shows he can be worthy in training.

Premier League
Machester City 7-1 Manchester United
Vidic 19'
Aguero 23' 33' 51' 67'
Silva 45+1' 57'
Nasri 65'
Rooney 70'

Youth Intake

Selected youths are ones I have signed on.

2 Decent youths:

Stephane Onyango

Jimmy Morris
#54489 liggett04 : you should get mbiwa and kagawa if you can on free. All good transfer targets there though.
Yeah, hopefully I can, I've already got Sanogo on a free, and if Muniain doesn't sign a new contract I'll have him on a free as well.

Quality off possession provides victory

Its not how many times you have the ball, its what you do with it when you have it. United's performance showed this to be true today, every time United had the ball, they made a chance from it, as you can see from the scoreline we didn't score a lot of those chances, but we netted a few, should of been a couple more from Wazza, and Welbeck

Premier League
Newcastle 1-2 Manchester United
Welbeck 25'
Rooney 52'
Ba 74'
Rooney

United hammer the Gunners

Goos win, deserved win. Rooney got us off to a flyer within the first half an hour, Montillo equalized, but that made us more determined to win, Hernandez hit a couple of minutes before the break which made half time talk easier. Koscielny pretty much gave the game away after a red card, and a penalty which giggs put away very clinically.

Premier League
Manchester United 3-1 Arsenal
Rooney 26'
Montillo 41'
Hernandez 43'
Koscielny 51'
Giggs Pen 52'
Montillo

Valencia's early strike proves vital

Expected more against West Brom, an early goal and then nothing else isn't good enough. But that shows we defended well from the goal, and kept our lead.

Premier League
Manchester United 1-0 West Brom
Valencia 7'
Valencia

5 Star beating for QPR

2 good goals from Vidic and Hernandez, and another penalty from Giggs. QPR's Bobby Zamora scored late, but that would on be a consolation goal. This completes my 4 match winning streak, can it go on?

Premier League
QPR 1-5 Manchester United
Vidic 29' 68'
Hernandez 44' 75'
Giggs Pen 58'
Zamora 61'
Hernandez

Seventh heaven for the Red Devils

Yes it can, another good win from the boys. Nani and Valencia are the boys with two goals today, Giggs, Scholes, and Rooney score the other three. Very happy with the team, they've won every match this month.

Premier League
Manchester United 7-0 Wigan
Valencia 24' 71'
Giggs 27'
Nani 31' 85'
Scholes 36'
Rooney 82'

Red Devils beat Norwich

The Penultimate (Second to last) game of the season, I needed to win this one, and the next one, in order to have a chance of coming 3rd, it all relied on Tottenham's games, we won ours, they won theirs. After this win they are 1 point in front of us with one game left to play. I'm guessing if i come 4th, I'll probably be sacked. Only time, will tell.

Premier League
Norwich 1-2 Manchester United
Rooney 15' 24'
Vaughan 46'
Rooney

United overcome hard working Fulham

Phew! Norwich 1-0 Tottenham. Thank God, I was very nervous when watching my game, then looking at the score on theirs. Anyway onto my match, we shouldn't of let Fulham score 3, to many for a good side like us to concede from a 'lower' side like them. But we still won.

Manchester United 4-3 Fulham
Nani 12'
Hernandez 27' 62'
Etuhu 48'
Ruiz 67'
Rooney 78'
Sidwell 88'
Hernandez
Season Review
Not happy with the season just gone, should of done a lot better in all competitions, especially the league, only just coming 3rd.

SEASON 2012/13

Last season was a bit topsy-turvy as it were, not only what happened in-game, but all the different layouts I had, I was just thinking which layout would be better for you readers, so I'm staying with the one I've been using recently.

So, onto the new season, I have already posted a picture of my first 4 or 5 games, plus all the friendly's.
I'm afraid to say the Sir Matt Busby Tribute Cup had to be cancelled, due to Euro Qualifying stages.
A quick overview of the Pre-Season:

Lost to our own reserves, made me laugh a little, but we didn't field a full sided squad. Nobody really stood out in the matches to be honest, nobody spectacular.

Media Predicted Finish- 2nd

Very Long Term Target- Get enough funds to pay off the debt United are currently in.

Long Term Target- Become the best club in football

Season Target- Claim back the Premier League
- Reach and win the Fianl in either the Carling Cup or League Cup
- Reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Transfers

Mostly bought young players with potential around 4-5 stars. I would recommend each one to any team, don't cost alot, so it's worth it.
Got Jack Wilshere, a wonderkid for 5.75M off Arsenal, not entirely sure why they Transfer Listed him and only let him go for 5M.
Kagawa wasn't easy to get, Dortmund drive a hard bargain.
Rene Alder, replaces Anders Lindegaard.

On the right, you'll see I've loaned out mostly hot prospects that were already at the club, hopefully bringing them into the team in 2-3 years.
Couple of players left on free transfers, high-profile names such as Lindegaard and Owen.

My best first 11 are:
De Gea
Rafael
Ferdinand
Vidic
Evra
Cleverley
Kagawa
Hazard
Young
Rooney
Welbeck

August 2012 Results

Confident first game from the Red Devils

Got off to a great start in the League after this win, nice to see United back onto goal scoring from, now this was a fairly easy match, now the next three, will be a tad more difficult.

Premier League
Manchester United 2-0 Wolves
Welbeck 22'
Rooney 43'
Rafael

Arsenal stun Red Devils

Didn't expect a win here. I knew it would be tough after some bad games in the Pre-Season. They were all over us, it's as if they had more players on the pitched, they didn't stop moving. I made it very clear to the team, that if we carry on like this, we won't win anything.

Premier League
Arsenal 4-2 Manchester United
van Persie 28' 32'
Ayew 41'
Cleverley 43'
Gervinho 45+2'
Hernandez 77'
Montillo

Ahh you sold Fletcher? He's great on the game
#54714 patrick1 : Ahh you sold Fletcher? He's great on the game
Yeah, thought I could get some better players/ younger players in instead of him.
i suggest javi martinez and Mikel San Jose. both spanish players but both of the highest quality

I had Javi Martinez on another save, He was my main anchorman/DM. As I need a new DM, would you choose Yann M'vila (something like that) or Martinez?
