+ Rubbish Youth Players
Hey mate it would be good to see some different signings in stories
Pre Season:

Brilliant Pre-Season, three 5-0 wins and two 6-0 wins, the others were 2-1 win, 3-0 win and a 2-2 draw.
De Gea kept a clean sheet in all 6 matches he played in, superb form, Amos, and Lindegaard played in the other matches.

34 goals scored all together in 8 matches, impressive I think, those goals coming from;
Hernandez: 10
Welbeck: 3
Rooney: 3
Nani: 2
Jones: 1
Giggs: 1
Evra: 1
Cleverly: 2
Valencia: 3
Scholes: 1
Macheda: 1
The rest were Own Goals, Yes there was a lot of Own Goals ;)
I think all of you will agree that Hernandez stood out from everybody else considering he scored on average, 2 goals per match, unstoppable? We will see as the season goes ahead

Transfer news!
Pogba, W.Keane, Thorpe, M.Keane and Fabio have gone out on loan to clubs varying from Preston North End to Hull City.
Tomasz Kuszack Joins Real Madrid for £1.2M
Richie De Laet joins Swansea City for £1.8M
6 Youth Players were told they just weren't good enough and therefore released on free transfers.

No signings yet, currently negotiating with Lille for Eden Hazard
I Will be waiting until next season to try to get Shinji Kagawa and Iker Muniain for free when there contracts run out next season.

A real test now... vs City in the community shield final.
Injury News
Danny Welbeck out for 2 months with a torn hamstring.

Rafael out for 3-4 months with a damaged shoulder.

Matt James out for 3-4 weeks with a damaged knee cartilage.

Micheal Owen out for a day with a stubbed toe.
Community Shield: vs Manchester City (N)

Hugely disappointed with this result, goes against everything that happened in Pre-Season, De Gea, was playing like an average school boy, the Defense didn't mark properly, didn't challenge any attackers, Midfielders didn't start off any attacks, and just let the other team rampage through the park, and the strikers, well, how big did they want the net?
Let's hope the rest of the season is better than this.

Injury News
Owen returns from injury
Rooney out for 6-9 days with a gashed leg

Transfer News
Manchester United submit a £20M bid for Eden Hazard, this deal includes 10M paid upfront and another 10M to be paid over 12 months. This deal also includes a clause that Lille will gain 15% of the profit made from Manchester United's next sale, however the deal may rise to 22.5M When Eden Hazard reaches 30 goals for the Red Devils.
Affiliations
Manchester United announce link with Burnley, Manchester United will be able to send players on loan to Burnley to gain first team experiences.

Captaincy
The Captain and Vice-Captains have been chosen for this season:
Captain: Nemanja Vidic
Vice-Captain:Patrice Evra
Sorry, but you set up wrong against City. You expect Cleverly or Giggs to win you the ball back or stop them passing, and the wingers wouldn't get the ball in that case. Against City I play 4-3-3 (4-1-2-2-1) with full backs on defend and strategy as counter. Also use Smalling over Rafael against them, he is better defensively
You need to get Fellaini and Chris Samba. Samba is a beast and alongside Vidic hardly anything gets past them. In my Man Utd career i set up as 4-5-1 which is defensive but when you have wingers in valencia, nani and a.young it is very attacking. also the midfield trio of fletcher, anderson and fellaini work so well together.

Yes i know, i was in a bit of a rush with the middle two players, who do you think i should of put in?
Oh, and here are the formation pictures i promised.

Does anybody need any more details on the matches, or is what i put plenty?
I agree with patrick, against a team like city you need 3 in centre midfield, one ball-winner, one all-rounder or passer, and one creator
I've got Liverpool next, any suggestions for that game?

Transfer News
Zeki Fryers goes on loan to Sheffield Wednesday for 5 months.
Eden Hazard has joined Manchester United for 35M (35M was his release clause) on a 3 year deal.
ive got a suggestion . stop playing with a quick tempo, try playing with a slow tempo with short passing and give your players time to pick out passes instead of just rushing up field
League vs Liverpool (H)

I owe this win to shaneo insaneo, the slow tempo and short passing went well, the opposition hardly touched the ball.

I know Tom Lawrence is playing, I'm still working on buying players to replace the ones that are going, however, he did play acceptionally well for somebody his age, scoring 1, and making 4 key passes during the game. His overall rating was 8.1

However my new signing; Eden Hazard, didn't play particularly well, i was hoping he was going to be a star because the fans reckon he was a 'waste of money' signing, i hope he performs soon.
try playing hazard as teh centre attacking mid and make him have a free role
