I'm just started my 5th season as Real Madrid manager and i am very pleased with what I have achieved.
My First season started with my first and only signing during the summer window Fernando Llorente from Athletic Bilbao for 30m. The season got of to a bit of a shaky start with 3 losses out of 5 games but My team finally picked up their rhythm and had an unbeaten run of 17 games up until January.However, despite this incredible run,the bad start to the season proved costly as we were 2nd in the table, 5 points behind Barca. The board gave me a transfer budget of 45m for this window and I acted straight away signing Playmaker Eden Hazard from LOSC Lille for 38.5m. Hazard made a huge impact and I would seriously recommend anyone to sign him. The Ligue BBVA season cames to a dramatic climax as as we finished level on points with Barca(92) but they had a better goal difference of + 19 compared to our +15.
My 4-1 spanish cup final win over rivals athletico madrid wis very satisfying having come from behind. However, The highlight of the season was defintley the 3-2 champions league final win over manu in which hazard scored a stoppage time winner to seal it. Following this i was handed a new 44,000 per week contract till 2017.

2nd Season
I was very pleased to be given a 90m transfer budget due to my success in my my debut year as gaffer. I acted straight away to bring in quality cb Mats hummels from Dortmund for 21.5 million. If anyone is looking for a young cb BUY him. My second and final deal of the window was French anchor man Yan M'vila from rennes for 40m. Another good buy.
My Liga BBVA campaign got of to flyer with 3-0 win over arch rivals Barcalona with llorente bagging 3 goals. My team carried this momentum to manage a unbeaten run to the last game before the new year with a 1-0 loss against a very poor levante side who we dominated for the whole match until they hit us on the break in the 88th min(VERY FRUSTRATING). Despite this, we still topped the table, 5 points ahead of Barca. The january transfer window saw me being given a 65m budget to strengthen the squad. I did 1 deal securing the 60m signing of Brazilian wonder kid Neymar from Santos. Neymar made the sames impact as hazard last season bagging 14 goals and 5 assists (i played him aml hes more affective there). Coming towards the final 5 games of the 2012/13 Liga BBV season we were still at the top of the bunch 3 points ahead of Barca. Unfortunately we were hit by injuries to key players ronaldo and llorente. This really hit us as we could only register 1 win out of 4 games giving Barca the initiative coming onto the final straight. The final game of the season was aginst barca at the nou camp. Both sides were level on points but barca just held on for a 2-1 victory handing them their second title in 2 years:-(.
Again i won the Spanish cup with a 5-0 drubbing of Athletic Blibao which was very satisfying indeed.
There was much anticipation as I reached the champions league final again this time against Bayern. The final again was very exciting with Bayern taking the lead with mario gomez. They dominated us and it really looked like we missed ronaldo but in the 71st min Pepe nodded us level. However our players lost their heads and Llorente(back from injury) and arbeloa both got reds!!!!!! It went to et and we couldnt hold on with ribery sealing it for bayern.
My highlight of the season was when hummels scored 4 GOALS against granada.
Another enjoyable season with some v.good performances from every player.

3rd season
My only signing of the summer window was willian from porto for 18m.
The Liga BBVA campaign could'nt have got of to a better start as los merengues won 19 out 20 matches up till the new year seeing us topping the bunch with 54 points 6 ahead of barca. The highlight being mty 4-1 away win against barca with summer signing willlian inspiring the victory with a goal and 3 assists. I was particularly pleased with this win as we were down to ten men for most of the outing with m'vila losing his head and diving in to a 2 footed challenge on sanchez.
However as always there was a drop in form as in January we dropped easy points against granda and newly promoted Hercules. Our drop in form saw barcas form rise as they won all of their outings in January.
Our march clash with the Catalans at the Bernabeu was a title decider as at that point only 2 points separated the side. My side could'nt have wished for a worse start with pique nodding barca ahead with a free header from xavis corner on 2 mins. Llorente put us back on level terms on 76 mins with a clincal finish. 1 point would be no use for both sides and it looked as if we would have to share the spoils the barca slayer willian scored an outstanding solo effort later to be voted the goal of the season to seal it for los merengues.
We won all our remainding encounters and we were crowned Liga BBVA champions for the 2013/14 season.
I was very disappointed to exit the champions league at the quarter finals against arch rivals barca despite dominating them. The crucial difference between the sides was finidhing and we really missed llorentes lethal touch in front of goal as he had pulled his hamstring.
For the 3rd time running I guided real to a spanish cup victory this time a 3-1 win over malaga with neymar bagging 2 and hazard 1 to round off a brilliant performance.
I was really pleased to win the liga BBVA this season as I had only narrowly missed out on the seasons before.
