Staff and Squad Changes

Staff:

Physios I had too many physios (10, with the suggested limit at 3), so I got rid of all of the physios, apart from the best three, with the highest physiotherapy ratings. The only physios I know have are:

- Stefano Grani (20)
- Armando Gozzini (20)
- Rudolfo Tavana (18)

Scouts I also scrapped a load of scouts, but this time kept 4 scouts, who had decent ratings for Potential and Ability:

- Andrea Valdinori (19,17)
- Filippo Galli (16,19)
- Angelo Carbone (17,16)
- Silvio Broli (16,17)

I also bought in two more scouts, who were unemployed, and also wanted fairly low wages, so I couldn't resist:

- David Williams (18,20)
- Camire Long (20,18)

Players:

Stephen El Shaaraway was bought to the club for £2.1million. I was in co-ownership with Genoa with him, and while I knew I wasn't going to spend mega bucks this transfer window, I bought him completely, in case he becomes a big star.

Ibrahim Afellay was bought from Barcelona for just £1.7million. Will be used often to replace Robinho in CAM, whether injured, tired, or I fancy a change of positioning depending on the opposition.

Mario Balotelli and Danny Welbeck both came in as loans for the season from Manchester. I needed some more strike force for Pato and Ibrahimovic. Ibrahimovic might also be sold in the winter market, so will give me some more depth attacking. They are also both really good, so I may buy both later at the end of the season.

Rodney Strasser was the only player to leave the club, as he joined Chievo on a 1 year loan. As I had no intention of using him at all, I'll give him some playing time elsewhere, and hope he may even get better over the season.

Epilepsy Society EU Cup

I cancelled my friendlies this season, because after looking at the teams I was due to play, I didn't think I would benefit from playing them. (However, there were two friendlies I couldn't cancel, so I will play them.) Instead I created the Epilepsy Society EU Cup. My little sister has it, so I thought I would dedicate the tournament to something worthwile. I invited many teams, who didn't want to compete, until I found 3 teams that did:

AC MILAN, FC PORTO, ATLETICO MADRID, CORINTHIANS
