On my Southampton save I have recently signed Emmanuel Frimpong for 4.6Million. My assistant manager recommends that I use him as a center back as the formation I use (433). My assistant says he has the potential to be better than both my current center backs (Jose Fonte and Craig Dawson). How do I go about retraining his position

Click on frimpong and then go onto training then just click new position and then centre back
