Need help badly (Crewe)

I started a Career with Crewe i am finding it hard to get a win my team mostly score first and then concede like 4 goals. i need a tactic to attack and not get countered.

you need to have a defensive midfielder otherwise there is just a big gap in the middle and your defence would become out of position

yeah done that it helped a bit won two games and kept drawing thanks:)
