What is the best tactics and training schedules to use im new and seem to lose loads of games against not that great clubs

well first of all kaka, kuyt and keita are wrong signings...they are simply over the top when u start the game and u start with a pretty old team overall...but can help you with a new tac and good signings for CFC...if u want i can send u a save game where ive set up a tac and added potential signings in a shortlist...then mail it to u...easy;)

first of all you should try to give young players like mata, sturridge and ramires game time as they are the players who should be at the club long term.
senior players like Drogba, lampard or Cech can be sold but if theres no interest, you can simply allow them to run out of contract as this is cheaper than initially releasing them.
while in the process you should introduce young players like courtois, romeu, lukaku and new signings into the first team
you should try creating your own tactic first then continue to change it according to results.
e.g if your team rarely dominate possesion you can change the tempo or strategy to help get more possesion
or if your striker is lacking goals you can make him the target man and concentrate all play around him.

ok , seriously , if you cant create tactics which can bring success to your team , try to download tactics , try tactics and use the best for your team , and learn it , after half season or so , try to create your own tactics , with similar formation , role , duties , and others .
and once more , don't judge players by their ages , you shouldn't sell Cech , Lampard or Terry because they are favorite personnel for fans . and you already sign Kaka , Keita , Kadlec , Fellaini , and Kuyt , i think you don't need another signings. you may have ultimate moneys , but use them carefully
