Is there an ideal amount of time to train a player/group of players?
If I have a player in a certain category working on something (say strength), how long would I keep him in that category before changing his schedule? I assume this may depend on things like his age, current stats etc, but should I see if there's a shift in his training points before switching his focus to Aerobic training? Or change his focus every one or two months?
At the moment I've been leaving each player in their positions and adjusting their overall workload levels. (with the standard schedules from start up). I haven't created any custom schedules just yet (in the process of doing that). I've left their schedules the same throughout the season, and tweek their focus training every now and then. Feel likes a very lazy way to train the team, and I want to get more involved in it.
