Im in my third season with Shrewsbury and im fighting for promotion in league one.

However my players always seem to be picking up injuries. Any idea how to try and solve this problem.

Help would be great!!!
buy a better physio and a better fitness coach.

If you think u will win the match and can afford to rest some of ur players do it
Make the tackling more cautious in your team instructions

victoras15 better physio's are mainly 'good' because they can predict accurately how long a player is out for, but yet it does make them recover faster.

Listen to Liam EFC 1878, that IS one of the key things to do in the game to avoid injury to your best players

thanks for the help guys.

i will use all your advice.
There's a few general categories of injuries: roughly speaking, the ones that happen during play, the ones that happen on the practice pitch, and the ones that come out of the blue and you can't do much about (like player gets sick).

In addition to what's mentioned in other comments, if your players are tired a lot, they'll pick up more injuries. In L1 you probably don't have a huge squad nor a big staff, but do look at whether they're being pushed too hard in training and whether you can in general improve your training environment, this has the possibility of leaving your players more fresh for when match time comes around.

Some players are also more injury prone than others. That's a hidden attribute, but you can maybe draw some conclusions looking at a player's past injury history.

maybe some of your players have injury prone
try to not play him since first minute if his fitness below 85 , keep player rotation , and rest player if necessary
