Hello everyone, I have decided to pursue a career with Manchester United.

I have chosen United as I felt from playing other saves that they decline steadily over the years, compared to their nearest rivals.

Therefore, it will be my job to keep them fighting on all fronts each and every season.

I do hope you all enjoy reading and please if anyone has any comments, don’t hesitate to do so.
In terms of transfer activity, I do not see much happening before the start of the season. I want to keep the chemistry tight between the current group of players.

I may let one or two of my youngsters go on loan to my feeder clubs to gain some first-team football. Perhaps Danny Welbeck to FC Twente.

In terms of additions, perhaps a central midfielder would come in handy. Any suggestions as to a reasonably cheap one would be appreciated. Transfer budget is £15m.
Pre-season.

Transfers in - None as of yet.
Transfers Out - Loans - Welbeck(Twente), Pogba, De Laet (Antwerp), Amos (Ipswich).

Friendlies.

First team vs Reserves 4-2
Chivas 3-0
Seongham 2-3
Olympiakos 4-1
Northampton 3-0
Leverkusen 2-1
Antwerp 3-0
Santos 4-1

All in all, I am pretty happy with the results from the friendlies.

I will be announcing a big signing soon (hopefully).
MANCHESTER UNITED SIGN MARTINEZ

I have decided to sign Javi Martinez from Athletic for an undisclosed fee.

Martinez will provide good competition in the centre of midfield and hopefully can lead the club to unchartered success.
Community Shield

Manchester Utd 0-1 Manchester City

Despite dominating throughout, the boys fell to a 0-1 defeat courtesy of a Sergio Aguero wonder-goal.

With the premierleague fast approaching, we will need to be more clinical in front of goal.

Our first game incidentally, is against City at the Etihad.

Also, Martinez had a quiet debut.
very good signing with javi Martinez. very comfortable on the ball.i suggest playing him as a deep lying playmaker.

if your looking for a centre back try looking at Mikel san jose. ive signed both these players and they perform very well

August & September Results

vs...
Man City 0-1 Community Shield
Man City (A) 0-2
Bolton (H)6-0
Stoke City (A)1-0
Swansea City (H)2-1
Lyon (H) 2-1 Champions League
Norwich City (A) 3-0
West Brom (H) 1-0 League Cup 3rd Round

After a tricky start away to City, in which we deserved nothing out of the game, the boys went on a 6 game winning streak. It was not all plain sailing, as I had 3 players (Vidic, Smalling and Martinez) sent off against Swansea. Star performer at the minute would have to be Berbatov, scoring 8 goals in the process.
Results up to October International Break

vs....
Tottenham (H)4-1
Bayer Leverkusen (A) 3-2 Champions League
Everton (A) 1-0

Again, three very well deserved victories. Hernandez being the key player, MoM against Spurs and bagging all 3 against Leverkusen. Sitting top of the league going into the international break.

Rooney out for 3-4 months, so hopefully Hernandez can replicate his form for some crucial games when we return.
October Results

QPR 2-0
Otelu 6-0 Champions League
West Brom 0-0
Chelsea 1-1 (p) League Cup 4th Round
Sunderland 5-2

Overall, an average month. Was very disappointed with the defeat at Chelsea, losing 4-5 on pens, Ashley Young the culprit. League form has been decent, still top of the league.

Perhaps injury to Hernandez against Otelu was a contributing factor. With Rooney out injured also, all we have is Berbatov and Owen up top. Hopefully I can stay around top spot by the time one or both of my two main strikers return from injury.
November Results

vs....
Otelu (A) 3-0 Champions League
Wolves (H) 3-1
Blackburn Rovers (A) 1-0
Olympique Lyon (A) 3-0 Champions League
Fulham (H)2-0

Overall a quality month results wise. Perhaps even more satisfying being without both Rooney and Hernandez for the entire month. All players pitching in with the goals. Berbatov being the star player once more. Giggs rolling back the years also with some eye-catching displays.

Safely qualified out of my Champions League group, with 5 wins out of 5 so far.
Still top of the league, 6 points ahead of Arsenal.

Both Rooney and Hernandez to resume full training within the next week to 10 days.
December Results

vs....

Wigan (A) 4-1
Leverkusen (H) 3-0 Champions League
Arsenal (H) 3-2
Liverpool (A) 3-4
Aston Villa (A) 6-2
Chelsea (H) 2-1
Newcastle (H) 2-0

A very difficult month on paper. I was very satisfied with the results, bar the Liverpool game (in which we dominated but found ourselves 4-0 down before mounting a late comeback.

Delighted to have Rooney and Hernandez back, helping Berbatov upfront with the goals/assists.

Drew Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League. Very good team, with exceptionally talented players.
Was drawn away to QPR in the FA Cup 3rd Round.

PS. Giggs finished runner up in the world player of the year award. Messi won (obviously).
Both Giggs and Vidic were chosen in the World XI, with Hernandez among the substitutes.

The boys are currently 9 points clear, so hoping to wrap the league up by mid-April.

Transfer window about to open but I have no funds to buy any players. Munain available for £19m, shame I will not be able to vie for his services.
