Hello, new to FM Scout here.
I decided to play my first MLS game in FM12. A little background about my FM career: I've played FM2005, 2006, 2011, and 2012 a fair bit. In almost every save I've played and taken fairly seriously in the past, I've had a successful career. In FM12, I had a decent save with Aston Villa, but my attempts with worse teams have been failing miserably.
In my current DC United save, I've recently dropped to 9th in the Eastern Conference
(last), although it's a pretty tightly packed race. The point is that DC United isn't supposed to be doing this poorly. Here is a screenshot of the current league table: https://imgur.com/c2r7l

I've adjusted player instructions so that minimum long shots are taken as well.
The purpose of my tactic is to have a possession-based style with several options in the attack but poor passing often leads to it becoming a tactic where I have little defensive help and little possession. Any help is appreciated. If there's anything else you need to see, please let me know
