New features that you expect in FM 2009 (splitted)

Hi. Im new here. but not in FM. SI do the great job year by years but there still some small pieces of hole to be patch. just about the transfer system.

i dont get it and little tired waiting and bidding for 100 of my favorite player at the same time. we have to seek them 1 by 1. no "rebiding" button if the offer is rejected. why can't we personally firstly discussing the player the contract b4 bid them. and is players just become shy :blush to apply for club of their favorite

is this "football manager" or "moral manager" ??? came on. let's my assistant do it all of "not my job". we're manager not motivator. n the last but not least is it is totally ridiculous that a manager don't have their PA (personal assistant). who wear us our pant, sing us on sleep, take us to the bath, brush our teeth... :O_o

it's all about the system. come on. beat the system...

YAYAY fm0 has got a 3d match engine, YESSSSSS !!!

sooo...3d match engine, new "built from scratch" transfer system, special moves for players...sounds good.
but still...nothing new about the youth system.i have to wait until fm2010...:(:(

the guy said that there will be more news in the coming weeks so i can only hope that the youth system is changed.

im not being arrogant or anything, not having a go at yur youth system malarky, but what is it about it that you want improving at the moment.

everything about the youth setup is random in the game.it fells like its not organised. u can try to play fifa manager. im a big fan of fm and i think that fifa manager is crap(like most of us here on the site) but fifa's youth system is the only thing good about that game,and is the reason that i still play the manager from EA.from this point of view fifa manager is better than fm, but its the only thing that is better than our beloved football manager, and its something that the developers of fm should REALLY take care in the future.
IMO, if they change the youth system than fm would be the perfect game ever.
(and im not the only one who thinks like this)

yh:( .well....the guy in the video said that there will be more to announce.hopefully they will announce an upgrade of the youth setup.i know im obsessed about this thing but i usually buy young players and raise them at the team.

Well I personally was excited about a number of things....i am looking forward to the new 3d engine (hopefully it doesn't mean that the game got a whole lot slower) as well as the press conferance and all the media stuff...i think its cool
I also like that your assistant well give his own opinion in regards what is going on in the match and stuff, and give better advice...I will use that...

things i hope to see...just like mentioned above a better youth system...i have always tried to setup the best systems(scouting, youth) i brought in best youth coaches....and normally i just get one decent player every like 3 seasons or so...it is so random(as normally the teams with worse infrastructure get better youngsters)

second thing....I would like all the national manager's jobs be tied with a contract (meaning its a job just like any other, you get paid for it) that is the least they could do there is a couple of other things about national coaches that they should also fix
