Need help with training

Having a problem with my shakhtar save after the first season i decided to clean out all the bad staff and bring new staff in and now everything's atleast 4 star except shooting .

I Have a coach who has at least 16 in attacking and technique coaching so what makes the shooting category go up.

You need much better coaches. At least 18 in attacking. And a separate coach for technique, tactics, defending etc..Much better is when you have two coaches with 18+ in attacking.
