The Intro

Newcastle United have announced that Shane Swanston will be taking the reigns after Alan Pardew handed in his resignation effective immedietly. the board have given Shane a 2 year deal and will be hoping he will be able to bring the toon army back where they belong

Season Expectations

on agreeing a 2 year deal with the club Mike Ashley has announced he would be giving Shane Swanston $4.6m to spend on new players, so ill have to make a few shrewd signings in this window if we are to push on and stake our claim for a European place next season

Tactics

over the coming seasons we will be training and employing this certain tactic throughout the whole club because i want everyone learning this new and unusual tactic because i feel it encourages the players to play the game how it should be played

Pre-Season

pretty pleasing preseason with a few very nice results, but at the same time some draws that we would have rathered turn into wins. our main focus for the pre-season was to get all our first team upto maximum fitness before the season opener against Arsenal.
here are our pre-season results..

Here are our signings for the transfer window

Peter Lovenkrands - $2m - Wolves

September

September turned out to be a pretty disappointing month in terms of results. after our amazing first 4 games of the season we were on a high but last months results have brought us back down to earth

English Premier League

QPR vs Newcastle United (1-0
Aston Villa vs Newcastle United (2-0)
Newcastle United vs Blackburn (1-1)

League Cup

Scunthorpe vs Newcastle United (1-3)

After our 3rd round league cup win against Scunthorpe we have drawn Stoke City which will be played at St James Park

here is the draw for the 4th round of the league cup
IMO you shouldn't sign anyone at the moment until you get a bigger transfer budget. Those transfers "over 12, 24, 48 months" will all be pretty annoying in the future.

yeah i know. im well aware of that myself there will be no more transfers this season. where still financially secure atm though
Breaking news from Armenia is that Irish tycoon has taken control of little known Gandzasar Kapan and has already stated that he will pour money into the club to ensure that the club become a world footballing power
Wish it was the same at Newcastle, huh! :P

Newcastle United vs Tottenham (0-1)
