Why is the German national team packed with fake players?

Not 100% sure as to why, but I can tell you how to get the proper German squad.

If you go to -

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2012\data\db\1200\lnc\all

Here you will find 3 or more files -

fake.lnc
lic_dan_swe_fra.lnc
nleague.lnc.

To get the German side delete the fake.lnc file

I'm not sure about now, but it used to be to do with licensing agreements. There was a situation where one of the National teams didn't want to appear in the game, and another where the squad was aligned to a rival game, but there is a similar issue with the Japanese team.
