#58143 akash.vidyasagar : Selling Van Persie? But he has scored six goals already for you! He's In My Shortlist For Second Season And I will Only Get Cavani In Case I Sell Van Persie
This is just a personal favourite thing to do: Instead of Cavani, go for Iker Muniain - takes half the money, almost half the wages and comes good in the second season.
#58145 Kiwi : And it is always a good idea to keep some money in the bank and don't go mad on a spending spree. First thing I always look at is trying to upgrade the club facilities, and your youth training and recruitment so that you can bring in the best to your academy without spending large. Can't Argue With That But My Youth Facilities Are At It's Best And I Won't Go On A Buying Spree Any Way Because I'm Trying To Decrease The Clubs Debts
Then get coaches and scouts to help give you worldwide knowledge.
Then, and only then, worry about getting the players.
Exceptional players with bad facilities and average coaches hardly ever reach their potential.
And Thank you For Commenting
When do you find out what your youth intake is like? I've found through the years that you may get the odd rough diamond or reasonable "squad" type player.

Bad luck with injuries, I personally think FM12 is unrealistic in that respect. I haven't yet had to roll out my under-18 squad to fill the gaps yet, but I can't believe that any professional sports setup would have as many injuries as FM12 would have us believe.
Aside from the suspensions, I fine my players and give them them "hair dryer" treatment when they get a red card. Decided trying to appeal was pointless, so as a rule fine them two weeks wages - decided to do that once I had a revolt on my hands for showing a lack of discipline in the shed!
Great story though!

October’s Update
What a Month It Has Been %100 Win Record Which Made Us Close To Top Of The Table Man City Which Is Really Annoying That We Didn’t Move Up In The League Table As Chelsea And Man City Just Kept On Winning Just Like Us , Man City Are Unstoppable At The Moment With Their %100 Winning Record Which I Can’t Ignore Really Or Dismiss But We Have Them In The League At The City Of Manchester Stadium And I’m Hoping To Put An End To Their Unbeaten Run But Moving On To The Fixtures We Have 6 Fixtures As Usual 4 League,1 Champions League And One Carling CupBut Before We Start With The Fixtures How About We Get Some Injury Reports Started:
7.10.11 B.Sagna Injured On International Duty And Will Be Out For One Week
Arsenal 2-0 Newcastle United 1.10.11
Line Up :Ter Stegen,Alba,Toloi,Vermaelen,Vrsaljko,M’Vila,Song,Ramsey,Shaqiri,Walcott, Sanogo
Subs Used: Van Persie Sanogo
Match Report:

Thoughts: Not Much Really We Defeated A Regular Newcastle Side At Emirates Stadium So It’s Not That Big A Deal Really

Alex Song
Thomas Vermaelen
Toloi
Thoughts: I Was Glad To Get That Big Margin Win Over Wolves At Molineux Knowing The Fact That They Are Actually Doing Great This Season Sitting In 9Th Place, Van Persie Was Unstoppable That Game every Day He Makes Me Feel That It’s A Bad Move To Sell Him , Oh Well He’s Safe Till The End Of The Season
Arsenal 3 – 0 Lyon 19.10.11 (CL)
Line Up: Ter Stegen,Alba,Mertesacker, vermaelen,Vrsaljko,Song,Ramsey,Arteta Shaqiri,Gervinho,Van PersieSubs Used:
M’Vila
Arteta
Match Report:
Van Persie(3)
Vrsaljko
Thoughts: Van Persie Continues His Supreme Form Be Scoring Another 3 Goals In Hugo LLoris’s Net Which Is Clearly Very Hard Knowing How Good LLoris Is, The Game Also Witnessed The Return Of Arteta From Injury ,Well That Didn’t Last Long After Being Subbed For Injury In The 40th Minute But In The End A Great Game And A Great Performance From A Classy Young Arsenal Side And By That Win We Are Close To Getting A Qualification Spot
Arsenal 5 – 0 QPR 22.10.11
Line Up:Ter Stegen,Alba,Vermaelen,Toloi,Vrsaljko,M’Vila,Song,Ramsey,Shaqiri,Gervinho
,Van Persie
Match Report:
Van Persie
Toloi

Alba
Walcott
Thoughts:What An Absolute Thrashing That QPR Got It Was an Amazing Performance From The Young Gunners With Ramsey Picking Up Man of The Match For Making Two Assists And A Number Of Key Passes,We Are Still In Third Place After This Win So Nothing New oh and Also Gervinho Is Out For 3 Weeks
Sunderland 1-1 (2-3 On Penalties) Arsenal Carling Cup 4th Round 26.10.11

Norwich 1 - 3Arsenal 29.10.11
Line Up:Szczesny,Alba,Mertesacker,Koscielny, vrsajlko,M’Vila,Song,Ramsey,Shaqiri,WalcottSanogoSubs Used:Chamberlin Ramsey Gibbs Alba

Thoughts:Couldn’t Ask For More When My Young Weak Arsenal Side Defeats Norwich At Their Home
League Table And Champions League Table

No Need To Explain Why I Gave Him This Award A Goal Machine Really Scored An Average Of 2 Goals Per Game in this month
Young Player Of The Month
He Got The Offical PBL Player Of The Month And He Has Been A Part Of Our Success This Month
So That's It Lads For Today's Update.
Would Appreciate A Comment On This story
And I also Like To Thank Kiwi For Encouraging Me To Continue Doing This
You've done well thus far in Europe, and sitting pretty in the EPL - keep it up!! RVP seems to be a goal machine, so hope you are scouting strikers on the off chance he is injured, or you get the proverbial "too good to refuse" offer.
The Manchester clubs and Chelsea are always difficult to beat, so it is just a matter of patience and picking up competition wins and reputation points where you can.

Great going, and best of luck. You have reached where Arsenal is supposed to be in the league. Now, all you need to do is push forward and topple one of the bigger teams.
