FM Modifier

Hey people. Can someone please tell me how to get FM Modifier onto the game? I downloaded it and ran everything to install it and now I ran the FMMSetupEng and nothing!

Nevermind got it. :p was been thick! Now to get a team from the Blue Square to the Premiership!
