Quality Players, Top Performances, but downward red attribute arrows on traning?!

I'm in 2018 with Chelsea with an absolutely amazing squad, they all perform so well (6.9-10.0) every game but red arrows?!

Hi, I'm new to this FM Scout board, but been on FM itself for a while. I'm currently at Chelsea in 2018 on my game, I've built an absolutely amazing squad of players and they always perform and hardly ever loose.

Trouble is, when I go to Chelsea > Training, on this Training screen, many players have downward facing red arrows on their attributes?? I've set up training schedules for each position which aren't too light or too heavy, and they're all top, top players. So where is this going wrong? Or does it not matter? Someone please help?!
Thanks,
Deano.
Perhaps your players are just losing their touch a little now?? that would explain the red arrows, or maybe its your staff that are not up to the job and your players are suffering as a consequence??
The arrows are over time, so if you're looking at the start of a season, it's normal for there to have been some drop-off over the summer. Shouldn't see a lot of this though. Maybe staff not good enough. Maybe the emphasis of the training areas is wrong? Are they going down in areas you care about? Like your striker getting worse at defending may not be a disaster (although for real Chelsea last season it would have been, think of how many times in desperate situations Drogba was back in the box defending :). Sounds a bit odd, tbh.
