Well the answer is a BIG NO.
It is a dream of almost all the managers to win the Champions league. Well this no difference in the case of Mr. Henrik Sayers, the former England international who is in his coaching prime. He is presently Coaching the EPL team SUNDERLAND F.C. He recently revealed his interest in taking up a managerial career and there seems to clubs who are interested in him. He has a glowing reputation in the game with many accrediting the growth of youngsters from the SUNDERLAND F.C is down to his coaching ability. He has managed to develop the likes of Henderson, Shawcross and many other players. Will he take up a managerial post if offered lets wait and see....

Villas-Boas takes temporary retirement. Sayers Contacted.
In one of the horrible news today Current Chelsea manager Villas-Boas has taken temporary retirement from the game after he met with an accident near his home. It seems that doctors have advised him 2-3 yrs of rest as they feel he is not in the best of condition at present which has led him to take such a decision. Chelsea are now in search of a new manager and there are reports that Chelsea have been in contact with Sayers and offered him the job.

The Chelsea board have appointed Mr. Sayers as their new manager. He has been given a 2-yr contract. This marks Sayers foray into managerial career and there is high hopes among the Chelsea hopefuls that he can be the man to bring them success on the field.

Chelsea to go on a spending spree-Reports
New manager Sayers is planning to go on a spending spree in order to improve his squad. Reports are that he is in search of youngsters to build his team for the future. Sven Bender, Ter-Steagen,Chiellini are some of the players linked with chelsea. We could also see a few youngsters coming into the squad.
Sayers begins his spending spree with the signing of Bender.
Chelsea manager Sayers has signed Sven bender from Dortmund for a fee of $14M. He has also signed Ramirez from bologna on loan till end of season. Reports are still linking him with a host of players.
