Hi!

Started a new season with Spurs and myself as a manager only 25 years old.

Whatever i say to the players in pre match talk their response is negative, the same at half time.

Is the age of my manager affecting this?

I think i wanna change the age, is that possible without starting a new game, which i wont.

I know FMRTE but i want something free. And i tried to resign and create a new manager but i wanna keep all my scout reports, tactics etc.

So how should I do?
your age has noting to do with team talks . it could be your rreputation . or just the fact that what your saying is very positive your your players

You can change it with FMRTE, I guess.

Have you tried changing your team talks? If it still doesn't work, then maybe the players don't feel sufficiently motivated to play for you?

I been using on all my save almost everytime "I believe in you" and they have positive reactions and in half time if we're losing i explain that we are not playing good or i want them to something new in the second half and it gets them motivated.

But now whatever i tell them they react negative. Just lost my first game of the season against fulham with 1-5 :(
