I am (a nervous) first time poster, so apologies if my query is not a new one.

I was looking to buy an attacking midfielder, and thought I'd identified the right one. However, I noticed on FM Scout he had very low marks for temperament (3), sportsmanship (2) and loyalty (2). My questions are:

What affect do these three factors have?

Would such low marks in these factors put you off buying the player altogether?

Thank you for any advice.
he might easily leave the club if he's not loyal. he might get unhappy quite easily if you reject an offer.

and he might be a bit of the 'dirty' player. will most probably get more cards. but shouldnt be a big problem. usually isnt.

That's very helpful. Thanks for your input.

I think what you're saying is that you wouldn't let those 3 very low scores for temperament, sportsmanship and loyalty stop you buying a player who otherwise seems good. (If I've misunderstood, please correct me). I hoped that might be the case as the only other player with almost equivalent ability that I could afford has injury proneness of 17, and in my view that would be a risk I would be reluctant to take.

Or am I over concerned about injury proneness?
i think you are right about the injury proneness, a value of 17 is too high for an attacking midfielder as they are likely to be tackled/fouled more than players in other positions.

yep you read me right.

and your also correct about the injury proned players.

if your thinking of having him as a regular first team player then a injury prone player is not good at all. its risky.

but if you are gonna have him as a back up, then it could be just fine.
