I had a few clubs come to me and ask for me to take them forward I brought the 6 clubs that were looking for me down two these two teams New England and Salgueiro and with a lot of consideration I have decided to take the job in Brazil Managing Salgueiro in Serie B this is going to be a challenge but I hope this can put me on the map so here it goes.
Salgueiro Ac was founded in 1972 so really it’s still a new club the clubs only Cup is the Brazilian Copa Pernambuco witch came in 2005 the club wants to move forward and I want to take them there I goal in the first season is two learn more about the club and the staff and players also I want to finish in a safe mid table finish so I hope use enjoy my story.
In terms of my Transfer Budget I was given $210,000 which is loads as I won’t be making many signings as I am a big fan of youth players and giving them the chance to show me what they can do in the first team. The wage Budget is 42K a Week so this is going to be a good challenge let’s see were this goes.
