hi, I posted something about skin trouble recently and someone told me to download something before and I did, and I can now download skins from this website but when I tried to download this skin: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=4011 the download thing at the bottom (I use chrome) it comes up and half a second later it dissapears again and then something comes up called wiseconvert and it says do you want this to make changes to your computer or something, so I clicked yes and something installation thing and nothing happens!
