hi mate, I think cavani & aguero are equally the best striker in the game, but personally I would named this player as ready-to-play striker in the game: aguero, cavani, rooney, tevez, villa, eto'o, dzeko, torres, higuain, & falcao.
If you want some young striker that had potential to be the best in few years to come, check them out: neymar, pato, balotelli, jovetic, walcott, jordan ayew, nelson oliveira, & lacina traore.
