Sandro of Totenham and Radja Nainggolan of Cagliari have been great for past seasons for my United. Another good choice is Sven Bender. None of them cost much, for Sandro I paid 6m+3m in additional fees [league goals], Nainggolan cost 12 and Bender 6.5 [he was unhappy with lack of 1st team footy at PSG who bought him, so my poor Roma could snatch him up ;p]
how about arturo vidal or kwadwo asamoah? also i can sign mascherano free , but he wants 9mil per year. @supree: i can't sign sandro , spurs want 54 mil , nainngolan singed year ago with bayern munchen but bender is a solution, i wil wait.
Fellaini .. Beast of a player .. I Think he is ball winning midfield..
hi mate, with that budget I think you could buy the best bwm in the game.
Here are my suggestion of ready-to-play bwm: yaya toure, mascherano, sergio busquets, xabi alonso, javi martinez, john obi mikel, arturo vidal, fernandinho (shakhtar), & gokhan inler. Personally I think yaya toure is the best bwm in the game, but it's almost impossible to sign him from man city.
If you want some young bwm that have potential to be the best in few years to come here are my recommendation: yann m'vila, kwadwo asamoah, marouane fellaini, sandro, & andrea poli.

i signed mascherano for free , but now he have 9 mil per year , and arturo vidal with 20 mil. thanks alot rapangea.
I agree with some of the above, less so with others. For FM, I like de Rossi, M'Vila, Vidal; Bender (Sven), Toulalan, Makoun a step below those. I have no direct experience with Mascherano, my personal predjudices (somehow I just can't like the guy) getting in the way
If you gave me a big budget like you seem to have, I want de Rossi for immediate impact, but maybe he's little older than you want to spend huge on if you're three years in.
