Just curious about this one...
For the second time now in a successful career there's been a job offer from a Milan club to take over the reins there... and for the second time they want it effective just before the Champions League final which my current club are playing in. When it was Inter, they were willing to wait on first asking, but came back for the final answer four days before the ECC final. Now it's AC Milan, and they're asking on Friday, just one day before, with no chance of delaying for even 48 hours.
Is this some kind of a weird test, or what? I don't see it as reasonable for a club to want me to drop my own club just before such a big match, and if I'm on the other side of the equation, I'd question the possible loyalty of an employee who'd leave a day before possibly winning the championship of European club football.
