Keep the updates coming! :) like reading someone doing a similar save to me.

The board has improved the wage structure a little. Can now have a budget of 51k p/w for the wages instead of £41k p/w for the squad and also instead of £350k transfer kitty I have £2.5m to spend. Only problem is I have no room really for overseas players so Looks like ill only be spending on Home based players. Problem is deciding who. Anyone with real talent cost well over £1.5m so that will take a huge % of my budget. To be fair im quietly confident I could win the league with the same squad but just want a bit more strength in depth.

Really trying hard to sign Torstein Andersen Aase from Stabaek. End of the day they want £1.3m for him and they've just been relegated so Im hoping I can knock the price down more. I had been trying to get him before my budget change but was dead against using the 24/48 month payments exploit as I dont want to cripple the poor club. Trying to decide whether to splash out fully on him. Nevland isnt getting any younger and beyound him and Soukouna im light up top. With the added bonus of trying my hand within the champions league format I certainly need to strengthen, but with home grown talent if possible.

Keep up the good work

Announcement from the writer

Today, I decided that I will no longer update this manager story for various reasons:

1.As you can see from the last update, I was just finished with August. I am now in February on my save. That's a lot of results to write down.

2. It has not been much time for writing because of school. Therefore I'm not very motivated to write on my story at the moment.

I will anyways give you one last update. After the season has ended, I will give a season round-up.

And I will mabye start on a new story if I feel like going back to writing. Although everyone will have FM 13 soon (I'm not buying it in the first place) so a FM 12 story is no longer very interesting.

I just want to thank you for your great support and interest on my story!

PSV Eindhoven 2015/2016 season

This will be a round-up of the season that has passed. Enjoy!

Eredivisie

We won the league with a very clear margine, but it was as expected.

Some positive results:

PSV 5 - 1 Excelsior
PSV 4 - 0 Groningen
PSV 3 - 0 Alkmaar

Some negative results:

PSV 0 - 5 Utrecht
PSV 0 - 3 Ajax

Champions League

We were lucky to get the third place as Rubin Kazan scored a late winner against Shakhtar in the last match of the group stages.

Best result:

PSV 5 - 0 Shakthar

Worst result:

PSV 0 - 2 Shakhtar

Europa League

We made an extremely good effort in the EL, and got to the final. Sadly we had to see us beaten by a strong Montpellier side.

Our way to the final (result is aggregate)

1st Knock-Out Stage
PSV 4 - 3 Valencia

2nd Knock-Out Stage
PSV 4 - 2 Zenit St. Petersburg

Quarter-Final
PSV 5 - 2 Fiorentina

Semi-Final
PSV 4 - 2 Sampdoria

Final
PSV 0 - 1 (ET) Montpellier

Amstel Cup

This tournament was a huge disappointment as we were knocked out in the 2nd round against Almere City.

This was the last update of this story. It has been a great journey, and the support from you has been great!
I might do an other story if I miss doing one.
Hello, Henrik. As you already know, I have shown keen interest in your story from the beginning. The idea of reading a story from Norway, and that too, from a team that calls themselves "Vikings" is what makes this site so amazing. You have done some excellent work for that team and the readers knew you were outgrowing the club, and that you would be leaving soon.
..and what a perfect club to go to. If I learnt anything from your adventure in Norway, it was that you pick out gems for the smallest amounts, and PSV gives you that opportunity. It is a shame we didn't get to read your Holland career in-depth, but I'm sure you are having fun. Why else would you forget to update till February?
Anyway, I end this by saying - I hope you come back with FM13 or atleast with a FM12 story in the '13 forums.

Thanks, Akash! It is great to see that you enjoyed reading my story, and a new story will might show up in the new forums (with the latest update, of course)
This story has been a thrill to read. Your consistency of your posts and the quality of your posts have been as great as Marit Bjorgen is at skiing. :)

You have a great story in this and you are a great writer.
