Well, I've read many of the stories and I must admit, I felt a bit silly not doing one of my own!

Being a Fulham supporter, I felt it only natural to choose them as my default save. After 10 minutes, I realised choosing a pony as the manager was daft but it stuck and apparently fans love the first female manager of the EPL to be called "Rainbow Dash". Whatever works dudes.

Anyway, my preseason went EXTREMELY well, clocking up 9 wins out of 9 games. I had managed to sign a couple of players quite cheaply, my net cost being £450k. The most notable was Jonas Borring from the Danish League. Doesn't look like he's a great player, but he's insanely good. Goals on his debut and makes a lot of good runs as an attacking winger. His record so far is unfortunately only 4 goals/2 assists but he's the running type - fast and useful. The fans and board adore him, go buy him now! My other signings include a new rightback Geremi Ndjitap, who's proven useful for free so far, and Remi Johansen, who's a fairly proficient midfielder and seems to dictate play often with Murphy. Kelly has moved along to Celtic, but I didn't find any use for him, but otherwise a quiet window. Quiet but deadly.

The first game of the season, typically Chelsea, did not go according to the script - I lost 0-2 at home. Bah. So back to the drawing board, and it worked, recording a further 8 wins. A crushing 4-0 away defeat to Liverpool set me up for a series of poor results, a further loss to Lokomotiv Moskow and 3 successive draws started to make me wonder if I was cut out to be a manager. After all, I have reached this stage too many times before and it was tempting to break my monitor in anger. October finished with 2 more games - a win and a City loss. November was a little boring, until mid-month where I sky-rocketed up the table. Only a home loss to Norwich in the League Cup Quarters could sour a month that has seen me go up to 2nd in the table, at this point 2 points shy of Arsenal who's 41 points from 17 games and goal-difference of +23 was amazing.

My most recent game, the one I finished right before writing this, was Arsenal away. Gervinho's scorcher made me give up all hope until.... penalty. Ruiz placed it neatly away before the half-time whistle. Hope restored. However, who else but van Persie to ruin my day and score. We tried fruitlessly for the next 10 minutes to find the goal, but alas, no goal, so now Arsenal are 5 points in the good. Half the season left, so this will be most interesting! I will keep y'all up to date at the end of each month. December is almost done, and my last game is Man United on the 30th, so I'll include that in next month's update. One thing to note is that I have confirmed the purchase of a new goalkeeper, since Stockdale broke his leg and Schwarzer may want to retire soon. His name is Juan Pablo Carrizo, and his goalkeeping attributes are very good for £1.4m - reflexes 17, one-on-one 17, determination 18, bravery 17, balance 16 and strength 17. His remaining goalkeeping stats are pretty much 11-15.

I really can't be bothered with pictures, lots of effort, man. But I'll give you the official stats of FFC at this point:
33 goals for, 20 against. Top scorers (overall; goals/assists) - Dembele 16/9; Ruiz 14/15; Pogrebnyak 10/0. We had the previously best home AND away record in the league. Man, I love this save. Only 3 defeats and 3 draws is a new record for me.

So, ask questions, suggest transfers, etc etc!
Fulham will always be an up and down team, so may want to constantly keep your financial status in check. Some good wins there, and some of them could've been better, but you have made some shrewd and cheap signings. I would've loved to see some screenshots along with this description, and the easiest site to upload would be imgur. Takes literally 2 seconds to make them.
You don't really believe in your scouts, do you? I checked out Juan Pablo Carrizo. He was 2 stars for me at United, so must be around 3 for you, but his performances for his current team (Lazio, I think) have been exceptional. (7.5 average rating).

Keep going, and I hope you separate out the story into monthly updates, because that'll be just the perfect amount to read. Good luck :)
