Today We will be talking about regens and how to find the best ones:-
A Small Introduction on Regens (Newgens):-
Regens are the players that the game generates Every Year at the same time to make up for the retiring footballer
Example:-
There are three good tested methods to find decent regens:-
Scouting Network Search:Which is basically you getting good scouts and configuring the standards to match your demands (You know when you set a new assignment for a scout) and wait for the scout's
reports, this way is easy and quick but not effective as the next one.
2.Manuel Search: Manuel Search is divided into 2 Sections.
2.1.Youth Intakes: You need to know the youth intakes dates of every country is (Google it), and monitoring it Trying to find the best hidden gems. (go to World>Transfers>World>Then Select youth intakes), This way is effective but boring and hard.
List Of Youth intake dates in Countries with good regens:
Argentina: 2 April
Brazil: 20th September

England: 13th March
Spain:25th March

What to look for in a regen:-
Well A Good Regen isn’t hard to spot, But sometimes the stats don’t reflect the players ability, sometimes you need to check for Mental Attributes like Determination ( If you’re having doubts about a regen you could simply Get a scout report on him)
3.Own Resources :-
only a few clubs will be able to use this way, It takes time and money, this is basically you upgrading the youth Facilities and youth recruitment and waiting till you get a good regen, this way isn’t effective for poor clubs or a manager that needs to find a good regen without waiting a hole year.
That's it I hope it was useful, All questions are welcomed, If someone found a mistake or wants to add something to the thread please say it in a reply.
