anyway i was hoping someone could help me i was thinking about trying to reintroduce the Cup Winners Cup which i think UEFA folded in 1999 and merged with the UEFA CUP (now Europa ) i was wondering i anyone could help explain how i would do this, i was hoping to set up like a straight knockout with the Cup winners from say the best 32 European nations and for the tournament to take place in Early july as to avoid playing through whole as they have Champions League/ UEFA Cup during regular
