Problems with players after a half season

I have a problem with my team (Swansea) i had a very good first half season, but the second half season, went very bad. Their morale was high, but i kept losing games and i ended in 17th place after being at 6 place at christmas!

What can i do to keep winning? I have this problem every time i choose a team in the lower ranks!

Maybe try change up your tactics a little and see if that helps

u give them the hairdryer treatment when necessary and praise them when performance is good. u can also call a team meeting to address the issue
