Brazilian Finance's

I am trying to do the fm 12 seam achievement of brazilian lowest divison to top division. Anyway my club started with 50K + before the rio state comp, now its been going down despite I only got 1 person on a free. to now 250k -

Now my question to all of you is how to sustain a team's finance in the lower leagues (specificly brazil)? Or any tips would be appreciated.

Play loads of friendlies against higher clubs after the first season with your club, as many friendly leagues with huge teams as possible and make the assist manager not do the friendlies
