Everton - Made Merseyside Blue !!!

Hi all , I'm a newbie here , and this is my first FM story. So yeah , my favorite team is Manchester United , but after some sleepless night I decided to choose Everton FC to start . Everton is not strange with lots of you here ( if you watch the EPL ) , so I think I don't have to introduce it right . Okay , so now is my story

9th July 2011 ... in Everton Football Club offical page , the board of The Toffees has confirmed that Manager David Moyes has retired from the hot seat at Everton after having an successful 9 years at the club .

Bill Kenwright : We're sadly to announce that Manager David Moyes has decided to retire from position as Everton Manager , due to family problems , we'll announce the new manager in a few days

An numerous of manager have been linked with the hot seat at Everton ... but the Toffees fan still have to wait for Bill Kenwright to announce his choices

A NEW ERA BEGIN !!!

10th July 2011 ... after lots of rumors and numerous of manager has been linked with the hot seat at Everton , Bill Kenwright has announce the new manager of The Toffees , surprisingly , it's an totally weird , unknown manager came from Sao Paolo , Brazil , his name is Phong Tom !!!!

The Toffees fan seem very difficult to understand why Bill has appointed this unknown guy . Bill Kenwright , immediately has a an announcement to the angered fans :
I know that many of you will think I'm crazy to appointed this unknown guy here , but please believe in the my choice , and support the club"

After that , Bill and Phong Tom are having some discussion about the club payroll and transfer budget.

Yess At first I was thinking to use only 4-4-2 and maybe 4-2-4 , but then I realize that Everton has a bunch of quality striker So then I decided to give a try and using the Grid Tactic =))
