help with a training schedule

How i can increase the imp. matches and passing stats of a player with a training schedule? On which aspects of training must be given emphasis?

important matches is a hidden attribute which is not changeable during a game. if not a player is young. i mean you cant do anything about that stat. unless you cheat.

but with the passing it comes down to ball control.

Imp. matches is a stat which can be increased after some years. maybe with a right training (mental) this is possible. how i can increase the mental attributes?

you cant. well only with cheating.

mental attributes that can be changed are the ones that you can see in the game and not the hidden ones.(if you dont cheat in this case)
