After the shcok resgination of Michael Laudrup due to "personal reasons" the Swansea board have decided to hire young up and coming manager Joshua Bean (not real name) on a 1 year deal on £22,500 a week.
Josh has promised to keep the "Swansea way" going with very short passing that has recieved congratulations from pundits and fans up and down the country.
I have been given the expectation by the board to avoid relegation and have been given £10m transfer budget and £367k in wages.
However I beleive that I can get mid-table around 12-10 position in the league.
