I have found a fault with the latest packs I'm afraid. I was loading up a new game, and realised Brazil is unplayable, as there is 21 teams in Serie A and 19 in Serie B. This is, however, easy to fix.
Nope Blue, you are doing something wrong. Use only one creator's files and not different.
If you load the editor and open the file with the promotions and relegations , you will see they everything is perfect .
No, it's to do with the promotions and relegations file. I had that loaded, and Brazil wouldn't work, then I unloaded it and it did.
So it works now or not ? (for you)

Why dont you open the editor to check yourself what it says?
That, everything works fine.
Also keep in mind . Use only the latest pack's file , and only one creators files.
