Bradford to the Top

so started as bradford but before had i did a little bit of researching about what plays i can get and how things will plan out so this is the start im staying with im going to be playing a 442 formation with these tactics

and although transfer window hasn't shut just yet i don't think ill be signing any more players, here are my transfers

so i let my assistant manager take control of all my friendly's so i can get busy with the transfers and not lose any focus. the only player that i really wanted but missed out because i sent in a request too early and it became public knowledge then the player got swiped from me was Alex Zambrano, i think he will be good enough to play in the npower champ in 3 years so missing that signing hurt a bit.

First match Vs Sheff wednesdays the team played really well and we ended up with a result

Datt Derbyshire looks like hes going to be a gem for me this season

First league game vs Burton

a good win for us but a shame about Matt derbyshires but luckly he was only out for a week or less so he should be back for the next match.

2-2 vs cheltenham was a close match i though i had it won with matt's 81th min goal then went to a more defensive play style and they scored 8 mins later with a pen. but Erics out injured but with 67% condition i think he will be back for the next game.

The boys played really well vs Northampton shows that we have a real chance of winning the league this season im feeling confident and that i still have a strong bench

My capital 1 dreams have just been crushed by Fulham reminding me that im prob not ready for the premiership just yet but the score line could of been worse with a disallowed goal and berbatov missing a penalty

Aldershot 0-0 Bradford
was a pritty boring game the players still coming back from the 4-1 loss to Fulham
Coventry 1-3 Bradford
was a good game for us and shows that currently ive got a good team which is prob good enough to play in League 1
Morecambe 0-3 Bradford
was a good game for us and still without loss in the league so im looking for an invincible season but still a bit too early and a bit optomistic

Currently placed 2nd in the league with 11 point only Torquay infront of us with 12 points we also have the highest goal difference in the league. also in other news Kyel Reid is returning so will mean i can rest a few players who are starting to get a bit tried

Good results so far.

My first defeat in the league was dissapointing they did score from within there half and i will upload the clip to youtube when the game is Released fully

I wanted my team to react from the defeat and losing my chance at going unbeaten in the league, and they did exactly as i asked

with a 3-0 victory vs york

then my next match vs 2nd bottom of the league fleetwood a nice 5-0 was a fun game to watch and boosted the moral of my players alot

then my next match vs bottom of the league Accrington i was thinking a big win again then half time comes with no goals scored a change of tactics and a few subs we finally got a goal but staying on the single goal was a bit scary because they were still getting shots away.

so played a decent amount and teams are finding there feet in the league and seeing who will be placing where ive had quite easy games so far but this is what the results look like.

Matt derbyshire on top goal scores isnt a surprise but i though he would of been higher because of the excellent start of the season he had, and really surprised not to be on any of the top average ratings or most assists

Barnet 1-1 Bradford

was a very disappointing match we should of been winning easily but we were dominated by Barnet and probably should of lost

this match vs dag and red was quite comftable after 2 early goals and over all my players had a pritty good game

i though we was going to lose this match they scored an earish goal which made most my players nervous at half time i boosted there confidence but still no goal game untill the 84th min was a good draw for me

ok guys last night i was doing some work and playing fm so wasent updating the page but ive got quite a few results

26 shots from man u and only 7 on target with a close to full strength team was a bit scary but got though and our replay is being televised for 60k so free money

things are going well still top of the table but the main positive is only 29 goals conceded which is prob down to the formation and change of tactics once 1 or 2 goals ahead depending on the time

Congrats on a brilliant result against Manchester United, kudos! Looking good in the league too with your no 1 spot and goal difference.

Rooney had so many chances which he should of taken we really should of lost this then i lucked out on a pen at the 85th min. went to extra time played a super defensive formation. with 2 of there players getting sent off held it out to pen shoot outs and won it (ive got like 3 players 16+ pen so was quite confident at that stage was though was best chance to win it )

Bradford 3-2 york in the fa cup 4th round was a very lucky draw
Bradford 2-0 Dag & Red

so nice results but my players are getting tired and transfer window has opened so have decided o get a few more loan's in to cover the positions

Really sorry guys had a really busy weekend and was writing up lab reports while playing the remainder of the FM season well good news all we got promoted !!!!!!
