Low rank rich team

So i played with rangers and got them up to best scotish league, and came in 3 place, but they just dont have any money at all cant even sign player on a free transfer.
Anybody got some ideas for team you can move up true the ranks of a league, and still have some money so you can get the type of players you want ? was thinking maybe monaco
Or low rank team with big names you can sell for alot.

I'd Reccomend either Villreal in spain, or Klon in Germany, both recently relegated teams. But Villreal has players such as Rossi that you could sell for a decent amount of money once he recovers from injury

Vitesse has Sugar Daddy (rich owner) and has a good bunch of players to compete (or sell) in Eredvise in Holland.

Nottingham Forest gives 5m-7m pounds depending on your season objectives at the start of the season(July 2012). With the right additions gets promoted on the first year. Steven Mouyokolo (DC transfer listed for 650k) is a must.I'm playing them in the premier league now (Jan 2015)I have a line-up of players like Guardado,Destro,Paloschi,Alderweireld and the board keeps fueling transfer money like crazy. The team has also 4-5 players of premier league standards (Cox,Lansbury,Cohen,Camp,Lescalles etc.)

Monaco give you 13m.They probably give you more in later seasons.

My favorite is Cartagena in the bottom Spanish league, always start off with a chairman who wants to sell up. If you luck can be brought by a Tycoon. I got a Chilean business tycoon take over 2 weeks after I started, very useful! Just keep trying till you get that Tycoon!

I've started one at FC Cartagena and within 1 or 2 weeks there are already talks of very rich business personnel in a bid to take over the club. Great suggestion!

does not work all the time im them and every takeover collapses

They might not have been taken over by you, but pay attention to what the guy said. They won't always get taken over by a tycoon, he said, with a bit of luck, they might. So sometimes they will and sometimes they won't. Perhaps it might be with a certain update that they do or don't, all I know is that I'll start a quick Cartagena save, because if they do get taken over, that'll be the first time it's happened to me in any FM :P
