Stam Appreciation Thread

Stam,

You are one of the greats, hosting and leading a site like, Making it so freaking awesome that Craig and Me are already here for 2+ years, and that you have a very loyal Userbase.

The Crash of today was unfortunate, but bad things happen, even to good people like you. It is maybe a hard thing to accept, but every makes mistakes. On the Other side, you have seen who is there for you to help you in where-ever you can.

Everyone is happy that you did put so much effort in this site, and everyone appriciates you a lot.

Scanning through the chat, while typing this, I see a lot of people who agree with me. Some Quotes:

My respect for Stam has never been bigger then today..

Yeah Stam, It is hard, and yeah, it is sour, but you couldn't do anything about the fact that your disk crashed. So don't be so sad, and just build steadily, and calmly.

We don't expect the site to be up and running tonight, we want just that we can use it. So you are gonna sleep early, with the thought on your mind that everything went Ok at last, and that your online friends are there to keep the business running as usual.

for the site to become what it has been before the crash wasn't a stroke of luck or out of the blue , it was from hard work and sincere efforts so don't worry what happened before will happen again and gradually all things will be back just better than before.

This site has made my Football Manager experience so much greater, and it's all thanks to you!

So don't give up, we're all behind you! You're a legend and great person for keeping this site up and running.

I know you will feel a tremendous amount of loss in the next day or so, and I don't think anyone would have blamed you for flagging it away. As my parents have always said to me though (thanks Mum), "adversity doesn't build character, it reveals it."

And in that sense, you are a titan, who never backs down and is always looking to take on a challenge. And for that, I, and all of the members, salute you.

We as a community will rally and do what we need to do to recover. To quote something from the Six Million Dollar Man which often finds it's way into my story threads "Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the technology. We have the capability... better than he was before. Better...stronger...faster."

And that is exactly what we will do....and you have everyone's support!
