Help needed with FM 2008 Data Editor

I've just bought a new pc but im having problems with FM on it the O.S is Vista....I can install FM but i cannot access the data editor??? everytime i try to go onto it it says.....(This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found). ive also tryed so many times to put the newer version of FM 802.02? on it with skins aswell but it isnt showing anything? Ive tryed several times to uninstall and Re install it but no sucess there? has anyone got any idea's at all please?

Download the the missing file from the net... i got the same problem and now it works.

How will i get the new addm update v1.0 to the data editor, it works well in the game, but my datae doesn´t locate it, It´s in the footballmanager 2008/db file, and i had but the user data folder options right.
