Another month of story writing has passed, and FM Scout's history book continues to grow with some wonderful memories of stories, writers, and the general buzz of sharing FM adventures with the rest of the world. Never has there been a more exciting time for FM Scout than now, when the site is on the brink of becoming a global phenomenon.
Out of all the amazing, enthusing, and down-right entertaining stories here at FM Scout, only five could be nominated by FM Scout's judging panel, and what a hard decision it was to make for the judges this month! The judges picked apart and analysed each story, picking out what made them special, unique and entertaining. The judges tried their best to pick the stories most deserving of a nomination, and five were chosen after a lot of consideration and deliberation.
The five stories nominated by the judges were then put up for a public poll where FM Scout members and guests could vote for the story which they believed deserved to win this month's accolade. Unfortunately, only one story could win the most sought after monthly accolade for FM story writers here in FM Scout.
After an exciting week of voting, the winner of this month's Story of the Month accolade, chosen by the public, is.....
Seni won this month's prize after claiming 17 votes (31.5%) of the 54 votes cast by the public. This is the first time he has won this award, and he is sure to battle for the award again in the future. His Arsenal FC: The Pride of London story is a must-read for FM story fanatics. He displays his brilliant FM-playing ability and some fantastic fictional writing too, with a very attractive style of posting. Congratulations to our current champion, hopefully he can be an inspiration to any new story writers, and even the more experienced writers too!
My first ever SOTM award! Thank you to everyone who nominated and voted for me. Also well done to all the other nominees, your stories are equally as good and who knows, next month might be your month!
