Trying to donate to get Genie Scout - Catch 22

In order to follow through with the donation I have to enter the Unique ID which I cannot enter since without making the donation I can't download Genie Scout.

I am sure I am missing something, but for the life of me I have no idea what it is.

Any help will be much appreciated.

download Genie Scout 12, and see the ID. I did that!
