Hi, I have been waiting for about 6 hours for my second email to come, but the email have not come to me yet, so how long should I still wait for the email.

a follow up to my situation, i still have not recieve the email from Eguene, and it almost past 24 hours now...

Сontact me at my e-mail, and we will resolve the problem. In 99% of cases e-mail you're waiting for is gets into your junk folder. Check it please.

Donated for Genie Scout 12 got confirmation email with link for the 'g' version but nothing since 2pm yesterday and have checked my junk folder

Hi, i donateted but cant complete the order because its asking me for Unique ID its says You can find your Unique ID in the Donate section of Help and Support scout menu. but i cant find this

for example open gs 13 or gs 12, go to help and support.
next click on donate
here you will see a unique id
fill in that id for the donation and you can finish your donation
