"I think we had a splendid start to the season, what do you think, Mark?"
"I share your thoughts, Andriy, as always," Mark nodded. "Here's the monthly report for this month."

"Adam's having a rather good start, isn't he?" Mark pointed out. "He's already scored 2 goals in 2 Premier League appearances."
"Yes, and I bet he's player of the month," I grinned.
"Right you are," Mark couldn't stop a laugh.
QPR Player of the Month
Adam CampbellAdam Campbell has been amazing this month and has had a good start to life at Loftus Road. He has scored 2 goals in 2 league appearances so far and also scored one against Tottenham in the Community Shield to put the Rs back in the game, although we eventually lost on penalties. Nevertheless, he looked stunning and an exciting prospect.
"The people who write this deserve medals," I pointed at the report.
Mark chuckled. "Here is our transfer report for the summer," he handed me more documents.
"Say, Mark, can't you just mash everything up into one file?" I sighed, as I took it from his hands and flipped through.
"A pretty good transfer window," Mark noted.
"I wanted to get a few more players out, and bring a particular one in," I admitted. "But that can wait until January...."
"Right." Mark nodded, before his phone played a ringtone. He picked it up quickly. "Yes, hi Pete. Yes, I'm in his office. What? Alright, alright. Thanks a lot." He put the phone in his pocket. "Stephen Warnock is out for 2 months, Andriy."
"2 months?" I shook my head. "Damnit."
"By the way..." Mark produced another piece of paper. "Here is our Europa League group. We should be able to qualify for the knockout stages, if we just try hard enough. In my opinion we'll be competing for 2nd place with Sporting Lisbon, because I'm certain Gladbach will finish top."
I nodded. An interesting group, no doubt. This would be my debut in Europe as a manager.
"Europa League matches start in two weeks," Mark informed me.
