Creating a new league problems

So i decided to create a new league structure (a big 4 league 22 side scottish league)

But there is one problem i cant get my head around, i cant seem to assign coaches to youth or reserve training, i can do it on an unedited league but on my custom one i cant get that section.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If they are set as First Team Coaches, they cannot train reserve or youth teams.
