FM GENIE SCOUT 13G - GAME IS NOT FOUND

When I open GS I get an error message telling me the game is not found. I cant see the usual save game name appear either.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Kind of an obvious one, i'm sure you've already done this but you need to make sure the game has been loaded in FM first and it should work.
