Help with my Real Sociedad Tactic

Hey guys I started my first save with Real Sociedad and I want to try and emulate their formation within the game.

I also checked the data editor to see what formation they prefer and luckily enough it was a 4-2-3-1 Denmark, on searching this I found this link: http://www.zonalmarking.net/2010/06/06/denmark-world-cup-2010-tactics/

What I need from you guys is help in how to create a tactic that emulates this style of play.

i think if you look at my forum post your see a tactic that would be worth using at sociedad. definitely would have the right players to do it with.
